 This online certificate course, offered entirely over the Internet,
draws upon the vast knowledge base of respected professionals in the
fund raising community.  The Online
Certificate in Fund Raising is available to you anytime, anywhere that
an Internet connection is available - home, work, hotel room, library,
or cyber cafe.  This course is an asynchronous self-guided learning
experience for the adult learner.

As a fundwell.com student you will have access to copyrighted materials,

interactive quizzes/tests to check your progress, instructor feedback on

written exercises, student-to-student message board discussions, free
technical assistance, real world examples, and pertinent World Wide Web
resources.

 The complete Online Certificate in Fund Raising includes four modules
of instruction:  Prologue, Annual Fund, Proposal Writing, and Major
Gifts.

Your registration options are:
As a special introductory offer, if you enroll before June 1, 1999 you
can sample the Prologue, an interactive overview of fundraising, for
only $79.  This does not include CEU s (Continuing Education Credits) or

direction from our online faculty.

However, if you decide to continue with the Online Certificate in Fund
Raising, you may upgrade for only $1500 and upon completion of the
entire program all CEUs will be granted.

You can enroll in the complete Online Certificate program for $1579
right away. Remember, this special rate is only available before June
1st.

Participation in the Online Certificate in Fund Raising program benefits

both the student and the student's selected nonprofit organization.
Upon completion of the program, each student will have prepared their
own fund raising portfolio--which includes a mission statement and a
case statement that is supported by an annual fund plan, a proposal, and

a major gifts plan. These documents can be put to immediate use by the
student's selected nonprofit organization. The student will receive 8.0
National Society of Fund Raising Executives approved CEUs.
