Hello,

The webmaster at http://masters-of-photography.com , in his FAQ, states that
many of the photographs in his gallery are copyrighted, but claims he is
protected by "fair use."  However, this is an ad-banner website.  He has
included a number of images to which my museum owns the copyright.  I've
succeeded in getting our copyright notice added to the site, however he
refuses to discuss the issue of fair use with me.  I would like to either
bill him or have him remove our material from the site.  Anyone think they
know the best way to go about it?
