I love this book and want to share it with you, perhaps you already have it.
I find it very useful in some of our programs at the General Nathanael
Greene Homestead Museum where Gregg & I are the curators in residence and
our Civil War living history programs for the RI Dept. Sons of Union
Veterans of the Civil War. "The Food Chronology - A Food Lover's Compendium
of Events and Anecdotes, from Prehistory to the Present (1995) by James
Trager, Henry Holt & Co., NY. 1995. I know everyone will enjoy it!
Mary Mierka
