Hi Museum-Lers

Our museum board recently asked us to look into options for
long term storage building/offices.

A bit of background: We are a living history village on a 100 acre site.
The museum houses a collection of 30000 objects.  We currently have
off-site storage.

We are looking for suggestions. What should we be looking for? Any
suggestions of what to do/not do?
Does anyone know of great storage facilities at a museum site?
