You need to clarify some.  Are you looking for average salaries relative to
budgets?  Or are you looking for recommendations on what kinds of skills
you need for specific functions?

I am looking for a museum management book that has charts suggesting
staffing
solutions for various size museums.  I would appreciate help in finding
