I am completely opposed to the ban - and in fact we advertise a drawing in
the gallery program and do evening workshops on drawing from the art at
our Museum. Is the ban in response to copying art or to the pointed
pencils or other messes the media might cause? I suppose if you had a
small security staff or cramped spaces, the dangers might outway the
educational benefit.
