regarding lisa hancock's certification idea...

would seomthing like the avergae teaching certificate be useful as a
guide or actual criterion?  for instance, natural history could use
science teaching guidelines...after all teaching and museums are not
separated by a long stretch...knowledge and methods hand in hand... is
this sort of what you were looking for lisa?
