It is supposed to be good for small museums. We are not interested in it
however, because it lack flexibility, like so many proprietary programs.

We simply use Access.

I'm glad this discussion has come up. We are a relatively small local
museum with historical artifacts and a historical archive. I've looked
around for a program that will take care of collection documentation and
will help us keep track of membership and financial donations.
PastPerfect seems to fit our needs. However before investing in it, I
would like to hear from some users of the program. So how do you like
PastPerfect?
