I am faced with possibly receiving many, many cubic foot boxes filled with
paper records. I know all the boxes are infested with at least silver fish &
roaches. I need to lessen or eliminate this critter population before the
boxes darken my doors. What process can I legally and safely use, other than
freezing?

Like almost everyone who approaches IPM, I have a small pest population;
however I would rather not add robustness to the gene pool by delivering
strong, strapping country silverfish into my main storage area.

I'd like information and advice, barring their availability, opinions will do.
