In 1995, I presented a paper at the Museum Documentation Association 7th
International Conference in Edinburgh, Scotland, titled "A comparison of
Interactive Multimedia and Face-to-Face Education in Museums". I have put
it on the Web, at
<http://www.ozemail.com.au/~agjonath/museum_ed/mda95.html>. If you take
off the last bit, you will a framed page which will enable you to get to
another paper I presented in '93 ("Engaging the Visitor: Relevance,
Participation and Motivation in Hypermedia Design"). You have my
permission to quote me if you desire. I hope this is of some help.

Regards,
