As a young arts professional starting out. I would definitely take up
an opprtunity for generating my own income. It is a positive way of
motivating staff and to get programming done at the same time. With
cut backs and the increasing demands on organizations by the public,
there is  a need for new innovative ways of providing much needed
services and income generation. I think that you are on the right
track with this concept and it is not as complicated as people are
making it.
