The term Front-End analysis was first used by J.Harless -souce: C.Screven,
ILVS Review 1(2) 1990-. But who was the first who used this term Front-End
in relation to museums? My memory says it was Steve Griggs in 1983, but I
cannot find a confirmation of this. Who can help me?
