Production Coordinator

Antenna Audio, an award-winning producer of interpretative audio tours for
museums, national parks and historical sites, seeks an accomplished
Production Coordinator with substantial experience in script development
and research. In addition to coordinating script development, the person
filling this position must be able to relate well to museum clients,
capable of organizing and managing multi-writer projects, able to meet
strict deadlines, and highly organized.

Responsibilities include:
        * Ensure scripts are edited and properly formatted

        * Coordinate script traffic

        * Enter scripts into database

        * Coordinate information from curators and Education Department and
distribute to      writers

        * Track script deadlines and coordinate changes

        * Assist in researching materials for the editors and writers

        * Organize and distribute pronunciation guides

        * Other duties as assigned by the Director of Audio Production and
the Content                Developer Manager

Qualities Antenna Audio is looking for includes: substantial audio or
multimedia production experience, a well rounded liberal arts education,
computer competence (especially with MAC's, modems and databases), strong
team consciousness, a sense of humor, the ability to perform well and on
time under pressure, strict attention to detail, diplomacy, excellent phone
skills, and the willingness to pitch in where needed.

The Production Coordinator will be working at the Metropolitan Museum of
Art in New York City. Antenna Audio is located in Sausalito, California and
has an office in New York City.

The starting salary range for this position is in the mid 20's DOE, plus
generous benefits.  The Production Coordinator reports to the Content
Developer Manager
