E. Prater,
I have never worked as a contractor again, and the aforementioned episode
was back in 1993 to 1994.  I tried to get help to make sure I wasn't
overtaxed, but did not get any help.  Thank you for your suggestions,
though.  If I ever think about it again, I will use your ideas.
