Setting: Historic Fredricksburg, Virginia

A woman, obviously a tourist, approached a Park Ranger at one of the sites and
says with all sincerity, "We've been visiting all over Virginia, and I was
wondering why all of the historic battles seemed to have taken place in
National Parks."
