DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT: The Ackland Art Museum, at the University of
North Carolina at Chapel Hill, seeks experienced, dynamic Director of
Development to identify, cultivate, solicit and recognize individual,
corporate and foundation donors.  Other duties include annual memberships,
grant writing, special events, marketing, public relations and staff
management.  Will work closely with the University Development office in
preparing for a major capital campaign.  Bachelor's degree required.
Strong strategic planning, organizational and writing skills essential and
capital campaign experience is desirable.  Send letter, resume, and three
