The University of Nebraska is seeking a Collection Manager for the
Division of Anthropology in the research collections of the University
of Nebraska State Museum.  Job description and requirements are as
follows:

Collection Manager. University of Nebraska State Museum.
Assist curator with management and maintenance of ethnological and
archaeological collections.  Develop and maintain computer database,
participate in public education programs, and plan exhibits.

Master's in anthropology, museum studies, or related field.  Background
must include experience working with cultural collections.  Computer
database management experience preferred.  Field experience and
familiarity with NAGPRA and African materials helpful.

$27,724 minimum annual salary plus excellent benefits.
