We are also thinking along the same lines. I'd also like to hear what
others have done. Right now we lend out casts, models, print
material, artifacts & specimens to teachers. We box things up
according to topic such as minerals, rocks, butterflies, etc.
Currently this is a free service but things may change. We'd like to
offer more. What are others doing?

Hi.
We are just starting to think about including a Resource Center within our
Museum. We are really in the early stages of development. I thought I would
cast a net and see what types of resource centers are out there within various
museums. What sort of resources would take to start and maintain a resource
center? Any thoughts?
