Hey, this is not bad as a 'rant', Friday afternoon or not!

 Yes I agree that there is sometimes an assumption made that all list members are familiar with terms, abbreviations and acronyms.  This is simply not so and is easily remedied by gving a full title in the SUBJECT line of the message.

Of course those of us 'DOWN UNDER' do have an added problem - we read our screens upside down!
