Douglas, I'm not sure I understand the nature of the "conflict" you
mentioned.
  Did you mean that it was unwise to have your company Christmas party
and the Girl Scout camp-in the same evening? It seems to me that it
would be normal for most museums to have most of their facilities off
limits during a special party, donors or not, unless they could provide
the same degree of security as is available during public hours. Could
you clarify your complaint a bit? --David Haberstich
