The Côte-d'Or chocolate factory at Halle(Flanders-Belgium) has a collection
and an exhibition on the production and history of chocolate. The factory
is now part of the Kraft-Jacobs-Suchard group.
The exhibition is in the first place tuned to the many young people (e.g.
school groups) that visit the factory.

An important collection on chocolate processing (e.g. the production of
chocolate eggs at Easter, the making of Belgian chocolates, etc. - which
traditionally took place in confectioner's shops in this country) is
presented in the
Museum of Bakery and Confectionery
