Thanks for the realism and fresh perspective.
Indeed, I am no fan of committees that interfere with creative thought and
innovative process. So far I have been doing exactly what you
suggest.Problem
is that the 'others' want committees (not to actually attend one, of course).
I think I will try and focus on resource development.
