for a friend the other day:

•MUSEUM-ED – A forum for museum educators
 
•To subscribe send the message `subscribe museum-ed FirstName LastName' to
[log in to unmask] 

        Usually no subject, this (no quotes) is the first and only line of
the         message (no signature) and I would replace FirstName with Glyn
and         LastName with Balkwill


•After subscribing, send messages to the discussion forum at [log in to unmask]
[...]
