Has anyone worked with a consultant to develop a comprehensive
long-range plan for educational programming?  If so, was this a useful
process?  Could you share what you learned?  We are a small local
history museum with rudimentary educational programming for grades 3-5
(and occasional lectures and tours for adults/families).  We are in the
midst of developing a long-range plan for the ed department.
