I am curating a art exhibition with a difference. The pieces, both art and
craft, were created by individuals and communities as a response to a
massacre which occurred two years ago at the historic site at which I work.

Does anyone know of a good quote (which I would like to use somewhere in
the exhibition, perhaps at the entrance or in a catalogue) about art as a
'cathartic' action or experience?

Thank you,

Jennifer Nuske
