I suspect that many of the Science Centres [you could check ASTC in
Washington] have been down this road. In science centre circles they
generally talk about exhibit development in terms of "standing on the
shoulders of others [duly acknowledged] rather than treading on the
toes"
I'll follow this discussion with interest.
