The State Museum of Pennsylvania in Harrisburg, PA acquired a c.1900
barbershop a few years ago.  The shop was located in Scranton, PA and operated
by an Italian immigrant. The shop was closed in 1970 and was untouched for
twenty years.  Please contact Curator of Community and Domestic Life, PO Box
1026, Harrisburg, PA 17108-1026, for photos of the shop when it was
dismantled.
