Dear Mr. Handy,

I don't know if he would be interested, but one of my professors at George
Washington University in the process of starting a public history program
at the school.  He might be able to help you.  His name is Dr. James
Oliver Horton.  He has helped many of the local museums in this area.  If
you are interested let me know and I will send him a message.
