Forgive me if I am violating the Museum list
etiquette by posting a position wanted message.  I am
new to this mailing list.

I received my Master's Degree in Costume and
Decorative Arts history last year, and I am seeking a
position with a museum, educational institution or
historical society. I also have a BA in history/fine
arts, previous museum experience, as well as work
experience abroad. In addition I have excellent
research, writing, and organizational skill, and
lecturing experience.  If you or anyone within your
organization has any opportunities, I would be very
grateful.  I am in the New York Metropolitan area,
and am looking primarily in the Eastern Seaboard
(from New England to Washington/DC area), but would
be willing to relocate for the right job.  I have
been checking several of the Museum job search web
pages, but have not been able to find anything that
fits my particular background or interests.

information you might be able to provide me.
