The best advice I can offer is to have any bidding companies explain EXACTLY
what your getting, and of course ask to see projects they have previously done.
Ask for and check references.
If there is anything you don't understand, ask them to explain it.
Computer-speak can be confusing.
Things like "interactive", "real-time", "full motion video", don't mean a thing
if what they give you is different from what you really wanted.
