There is a store in Washington DC called the Brass Knob which might have
what you need. Call (202) 332-3370 and ask for Donetta. She recommended
that you send her a fax with a picture of what you need. The fax number
is (202) 332-5594. They have 1000's of antique brass knobs, so who knows
what you will find there.
