Dr. M. Kenneth Starr was the dedicated and loved Director of the Milwaukee
Public Museum for many years. Upon retiring from the museum he continued to
serve the profession from a position at the National Science Foundation.
Instead of accepting gifts in honor of his service to the museum, he asked
that an internship endowment be establhed in the name of his wife and himself.
I strongly suspect he is embarrassed and aggravated to be confused, even in
jest, with an out-of-control politicized lawyer.
