The Morton Arboretum is an outdoor museum located in the
suburbs of Chicago.  We currently charge admission per car
and are considering changing to a per person admission fee.

Does anyone know of other museums, botanic gardens, parks, etc. that
have gone through a similar change?  We're looking for horror
stories and/or pearls of wisdom on how to implement this process.
