Museum Educators,

The Division of Education, Carnegie Museum of Natural History is
compiling information on museum educational programs.

Would you please take a moment to fill out the following
questionnaire concerning outreach programming at your museum.  I am
particularly interested in finding out which museums provide
outreach programming for special needs children's audiences and the
elderly.

Even if you do not provide programs for each of these groups,
please respond by letting me know that. It's just as important to
know who is not providing these services as well as those who are.

I will be happy to provide an update of the data to all educators
who participate in answering the following questions:
