Several the major US museum associations - AAM, ASTC and AYM - publish annual
attendance figures in their membership directories.  It will be harder, much
harder, to find out what special exhibitions draw unless they are by separate
ticket only.  Please keep the results of this search in front of all of us, as
this is interesting information.
