Dear Roger:

As this type of crisis might impact a number of cultural institutions
world-wide, I am certain the readers of this list would be interested in
the story behing this power crisis and its effect upon the museums and
cultural institutions in the area - emergency planning concerns!  (That
is when the lights come back on.)
