MUSEUMS IN COMMUNITIES FORUM--JUNE 18-19

The Missouri Historical Society and Institute of Museums and Library
Services will offer a two-day forum on museums and their critical roll in
the lives of their communities.  The forum will consist of presentations,
interactive working discussions, and opportunities for museums to examine
their current and prospective community relationships.  Designed to provide
both information on the needs of community groups and skills in working
with community organizations, this innovative program seeks to help museums
build long-term sustainable relationships.

The forum will be held on June 18-19 in St. Louis, Missouri.  For more
