I hope some natural history person will help my 4 1/2 yr. old who would
like to know whether insects have blood? If not, what do they have
instead?---not too complex, please: as a hapless art historian who doesn't
even know where to begin researching this question, I will also have to
explain the answer to her. Please reply off list and thanks for your
indulgent assistance.
