I am a PhD student in my first year of research into museum visitors
and their frames of reference.

I recently came across an unreferenced quotation in which Heiner
Treinen was alleged to have referred to museum visiting as 'active
laziness' and 'cultural window shopping'.

I have been unable to locate any of Treinen's works using the
sources available to me (WWW, library catalogue bibliographies,
etc.). I would be most grateful if someone could point me in the
right direction.
