        I agree with Lucy about the cataloging of objects. Here at the
Florida Bureau of Natural and Cultural Resources we have a special
column for Associations.  This column handles any related persons,
places, events or activites, concepts or themes and if the context is
different from the original use of the object.  This eliminates any
problems that may arise when there is a change in personnel and the
object information needs to be accessed by a person who did not
originally catalog the object or for persons in the field who do not
understand the museum lingo.  It also helps the researcher who is
doing a material culture study and needs to link objects to persons
and concepts.
