The 90% of us who can't understand are nevertheless absolutely fascinated
- rather like gazing in wonder at a screen of Mandelbrot fractals for
hours on end or being totally hypnotised by a dangerous snake, while the
other 10%, those who DO understand your reports, nevertheless find it
almost impossible to BELIEVE the things your legislators get up to!
