Try contacting The Smithsonian Institution Traveling Exhibition Service
(SITES) - they travel about 96 exhibitions per year and have a standard
system in place for all aspects of their operations.
(202) 357-3168  They can also put you in touch with other Traveling
Exhibition Operations.
