You might try contacting someone at Henry Ford Museum & Greenfield Village.
 They used to put on a special weekend in the Fall where I know they made
"hobo bread."  I'm not sure of the best contact person, but why don't you
start with Jim Van Bochove (he's get the splendid job title of "Director of
Customer Sales and Service" which is concerned with visitor satisfaction and
not gift shop sales!).  The museum's main number is (313) 271-1620.
