At Glenbow, we are considering changing the format of our institutional
magazine.  We would like to run a readership survey to gauge our members'
reaction to such a change.

I would like to hear from anyone who has had recent experience with running
a readership survey.  Of particular interest would be surveys that were
done in conjunction with a proposed format change.
