I would have sent this to the owners of the list, but the address is not
in the welcoming info we all received when we signed on.

I don't think I'm a grinch, but I find a 1 MILLION byte seasons greetings
message a bit over the top! I download the Museum-L Digest to forward to
staff who don't have access to email yet. This thing took more than 15
minutes to download at 28.8bps and I still didn't get it all because it
filled my disc. When I opened the file to edit, the document ran to 325
pages!

Due to the fact that the address on the thing was an anonymous
<<[log in to unmask]>>, I am not responding to the sender. If you are
reading this, please, DON'T DO IT AGAIN!

Yes, I'm upset, this is not a good way to wish the list a good holiday. Is
there any way to prevent this kind of misuse in the future?
