I've been away from the list for 10 days and now find this astonishing
thread.  Who of you would continue a discussion of ethics, morality or
politics with someone who refers to those who do not agree with his views
as "terminally whiny, guilt-ridden, delusional and other liberal, commie,
pinko bed-wetters."  I know that Mitchell Kaye would apply all of those
appellations to me and to most Museum-L subscribers as we do not agree that
the Emancipation Proclamation was a great mistake.
