MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Museum Studies, Art, Art History, History,
Anthropology or a related field and three years of museum registration
experience.

Substitution:  Additional experience may substitute for the degree on a
year-for-year basis.

Prefer applicants with knowledge of museum registration and accessioning
procedures; familiarity with museum packing and shipping procedures; a
demonstrated competency in handling artifacts; and an appropriate
Master's degree.

NATURE OF WORK

The person selected will assume primary responsibilities for overseeing
all in-house organized and temporary exhibitions including packing,
shipping, loan agreements, condition reports, insurance reports, custom's
arrangements and secure-storage conditions' makes computerized records
for all museum organized and temporary exhibits' assists the collections
and permanent exhibitions section with their duties' and performs other
duties as assigned.
