General Description:  Responsible for Artrain's development activities
including private and public solicitations, corporate sponsorships, annual
giving, Friends of Artrain, grant writing and special events.  Approximately
60% of Artrain's annual revenue comes from contributed resources.  1998
development  budget is $767,000 in cash and $200,000 in in-kind contributions.
