Has anyone out there heard about an authority which translates various
historical periods (e.g., Victorian Era) into calendar year dates?

I have come across a number of timelines but these have all been
specialized or partial.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

If you do respond to the list, please also cc me.
