Duties:

Coordinates the marketing and scheduling of exhibitions to a broad
national, and occasionally international audience. Schedules
approximately 400 exhibition showings annually by initiating
correspondence and marketing plans as well as by responding to
exhibitor inquiries. Plays a key role in developing marketing strategies and
analyzing exhibitor interest and booking history in the scheduling of
exhibitions. Solicits input from project teams for every exhibition and
shares this information with other staff members who may utilize it for
public relations, publications, and/or fundraising purposes. Establishes
and maintains active communication with members of program staff to
share information about status of exhibitions in production and on tour,
substance of exhibitions and specific space requirements in order to
encourage exhibitors to book exhibitions. Communicates booking and
scheduling policies to prospective exhibitors. Informs exhibitors of
specific handling and installation requirements, shipping arrangements
and costs, and participation fees.
